How does US Online Drugs and Prescriptions work?


Thank you for visiting us. Our goal is to provide our patients with a quality Telehealth experience as appropriate depending on your health problems. The following is a detailed step by step process to assist you in developing a positive Telehealth relationship with your Doctor.
  • After completing the steps listed below, you will be assigned a doctor within our network. Each telemedicine visit from hereon will be with the same Doctor unless there are unforeseen changes in the network.

We provide only US Certified physicians
  • The Doctor will visit with you by telephone and will review with you your medical history and your chief complaint.

  • After this review, the Doctor, at his/her professional discretion, will issue a prescription for medication related to your chief complaint. Sometimes, the Doctor will not issue a prescription based upon the consultation. Should that occur, the Doctor will inform you as to those reasons. There is no implied promise of a prescription at US Online Drugs and Prescriptions and you are paying for the consultation, not the prescription.
  • All prescriptions written will be mailed to you in their original form via priority FEDEX. You should receive your prescription in 2 to 3 business days.

  • You can then take your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice for fulfillment.

  • This option provides you the best Telemedicine service and results in a real savings to you!!

  • All of the Doctors in our network are licensed physicians in good standing with the DEA and their respective states or US territory.

What you need to do

  • Complete the information within this site including a full description of your chief complaint (reason why you want to talk with the doctor).


  • Submit your medical records that are directly related to the condition stated as your chief complain. These records must be less than 12 months old and must indicate that you have been treated for this condition in the past. Lab work, dental procedures and chiropractic care are not acceptable medical records. MRI results and CT results may be submitted but must be accompanied by the medical record from the doctor who referred you for such diagnostic procedures.

  • Submit a copy of a current government issued photo ID. Expired ID's will not be accepted. This could be a Driver's License from the state in which you live, a US Passport or a state issued ID for those patients who do not drive.

Required Information for the Doctor

Your request for a consultation will not be considered until all information is complete.

  • Medical Records


  • Please state your chief complaint (the reason you are requesting a consultation with the doctor). This should be as specific as possible.


  • Please state anything in your medical history that might be relevant.


  • Please state any other medical conditions you have currently.


  • Please list all surgeries and dates you have had.


  • Please list all medications you are currently taking, including those that you purchase over-the-counter.


  • Please list any allergies you have to any medications you have or are currently taking.

Pricing and Other Important Information

Customer Service will contact you once we have received your ID and appropriate medical records. A consultation fee of $169 will be charged to you prior to the scheduling of your Doctor's Telemedicine visit. If you live in the state of California (CA), your doctor consultation fee is $189. This $20 extra covers additional fees and logistics.

NOTICE
Your fee is for the Doctor Consultation only and in no way implies or guarantees that the Doctor will approve a prescription for any medication.

While our patients enjoy tremendous success in local fulfillment of their prescriptions, there is also no guarantee of such. It is your responsibility to find a pharmacy to fill your prescription. There will be NO REFUNDS should you be unable to fulfill your prescription

The fee may also be paid COD when your prescription is sent via FEDEX.

Our Customer Service staff will schedule your Doctor's consultation once all documents are received and reviewed to insure they meet with the Doctor's requirements.

You are required to meet with the Doctor via the telemedicine consultation process each time you feel like you need a prescription. This provides the Doctor with the opportunity to check on your progress and see if there have been any remarkable changes to your health since your last consultation. You will have the same Doctor each visit (unless there have been unforeseen changes in the physician network)

Due to various state laws, we do not offer treatment or ship medications to:

Patients under the age of 21.
